Please read through our shipping policy so you know what to expect when your order is on its way to you.
1. Where we ship
1.1 We currently ship within Singapore. International shipping will be available soon — follow us to be the first to know when it launches.
1.2 We ship from Singapore. All orders are processed and dispatched from our location here.
2. Processing time
2.1 Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Singapore public holidays.
2.2 You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
2.3 During sale periods or high-demand launches, processing may take a little longer. We will always do our best to keep you updated.
3. Shipping methods and estimated delivery times
3.1 Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days after dispatch. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order.
3.2 Express Shipping
Estimated delivery within 1–2 business days after dispatch. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order.
3.3 All delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the courier and factors outside our control.
4. Shipping costs
4.1 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and delivery address.
4.2 We do not offer free shipping at this time. The full shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
4.3 Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. a faulty or incorrect item was sent).
5. Order tracking
5.1 Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to track your order directly on the courier's website.
5.2 If you have not received a tracking update within 5 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at hello@niqobz.com and we will look into it.
6. Delays and disruptions
6.1 We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather conditions, or any other circumstances outside our control.
6.2 If your order appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@niqobz.com with your order number and we will do our best to assist you.
7. Missed deliveries
7.1 If you are not available when delivery is attempted, the courier will notify you with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collection.
7.2 Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you.
8. Lost or damaged parcels
8.1 Once your order has been handed to the courier, risk of loss passes to you. If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and item immediately and contact us at hello@niqobz.com within 3 days of delivery.
8.2 If your parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, please reach out to us and we will work with you to find a resolution.
9. International shipping
9.1 International shipping is not yet available but is coming soon. When launched, international customers will be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applicable in their country. These charges are outside our control and are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.
