Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Eligibility 

  • Be in the same condition that you received it

  • Be unworn or unused, with all tags intact

  • Be in its original packaging or equivalent (allowing it to be resold)

  • Be accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return 

To start a return, please contact us first at hello@niqobz.com with your order number, name, and reason for return. Do not send any items back before contacting us — items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Once your return request is reviewed and accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. You can always contact us for any return question at hello@niqobz.com.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@niqobz.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you. Please include your order number and a photograph of the defect or incorrect item. 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Hygiene-sensitive items — miswaks, used niqabs and items sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes that have been unsealed after delivery or are not in their original packaging with tags and hygiene slips intact

  • Custom or personalized products — special orders or personalized items

  • Sale items — any products labelled as “Last Call” are final sale and are not eligible for exchange, refund, or return

  • Gift cards

  • Items missing component parts on return (unless this is due to our error)

  • Items that have had the care label cut and/or removed

  • Products which become mixed inseparably with other items after delivery

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the eligible item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

In order to exchange a product, receive a refund, or be issued a store voucher for the full amount, you must return it in its original packaging or equivalent, and in perfect condition — unworn and unwashed, and suitable for resale.

Customer Responsibilities for Returns 

  • If the product is lost or damaged while being returned to us, you will be responsible for this.

  • Products which are not returned within the 14-day period and in the conditions detailed above will not be refunded or exchanged.

  • Please retain all proof of postage until you receive an acknowledgement from us.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow 1 to 3 business days from the time your return is delivered to us to process a return. Please note that once we refund your original form of payment, the credit may take up to 7 business days to appear on your bank statement, depending on the bank. Any shipping charges you may have incurred are not refundable.
